You will spend 100% of your time in the field, observing and coaching on correcting unsafe conditions and behaviors. You’ll embed with the project team to improve safety, quality, and productivity, assist with safety compliance, and participate in training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of concrete construction experience
• Experience as Field Safety Coordinator
• Willingness to obtain OSHA 30h within 3 months

Responsibilities

• Promotes the Company's IIF Culture by Being a Safety Resource to the Project
• Assists in Project Compliance with all Safety Rules and Regulations
• Assists with or Conducts Case Management
• Ensures a Safe Work Environment
• Participates in Training/Certifications
