Job summary

United Flow Technologies is seeking a Safety Manager to own and execute the companywide Safety Program across fleet and field operations. This on-site role based at our Irving, TX headquarters involves significant field travel to audit sites, investigate incidents, and onboard acquired companies into the program.

You will lead incident reporting, injury management, hazard identification, and training practices across entities, with approximately 50% travel across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in occupational safety or related field, or equivalent education/experience.
• 5–7 years of occupational safety experience in field-based environments.
• Experience administering a written safety program across multiple locations.
• Experience with incident reporting, investigation, and root-cause analysis.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and DOT/FMCSA driver-compliance fundamentals.
• Valid driver's license with willingness to travel approximately 50% across a multi-state footprint.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of the Safety Program across all operating entities.
• Lead incident reporting, investigation, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with entity-level safety coordinators and operations teams to support their safety programs.
• Conduct field audits and hazard assessments; enforce safe work practices.
• Manage injury management and return-to-work program; coordinate with HR and carriers.
• Track safety metrics and report to Director and leadership.
• Assist with acquisition integration of safety programs across new units.
