Job summary

United Flow Technologies (UFT) is seeking a Safety Manager to own and enforce the company Safety Program across fleet and field operations. This onsite role at our Irving, TX headquarters involves significant field presence for auditing, incident investigations, training supervisors and crews, and integrating acquired companies into the program.

The role requires 5–7 years of occupational safety experience, knowledge of OSHA and DOT/FMCSA, and willingness to travel about 50% nationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in occupational safety or related field.
• 5–7 years of field-based occupational safety experience.
• Experience administering a written safety program across multiple locations.
• Experience with incident reporting, investigation and corrective-action closure.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and DOT/FMCSA driver compliance.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel ~50%.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of the Safety Program across all operating entities.
• Lead incident reporting, investigation, and root-cause analysis with corrective actions.
• Coordinate with safety coordinators and operations teams across entities.
• Audit field sites, perform hazard assessments, and approve corrective actions.
• Manage injury management / return-to-work and workers' compensation processes.
• Support fleet safety, DOT compliance, and driver qualifications.
