Job summary

United Flow Technologies is growing through acquisitions. The Safety Manager will own the on-site Safety Program from the Irving HQ to field sites, travel about 50% across the US, and ensure incident reporting, injury management, hazard control, and training are effectively implemented.

The role requires a Bachelor's in safety or related field and 5–7 years of field-based safety experience, with CSP/ASP/CHST/CDS certifications preferred. Travel and leadership across entities are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in occupational safety or a related field.
• Five to seven years of occupational safety experience in field-based environments.
• At least three years administering a written safety program across multiple locations.
• Experience administering injury management / return-to-work programs and coordinating workers' compensation claims with HR and carriers.
• Working knowledge of OSHA standards applicable to field service work, and familiarity with DOT/FMCSA driver-compliance fundamentals.
• Valid driver's license, clean MVR, and willingness to travel approximately 50% across a multi-state footprint.
• Preferred: CSP, ASP, CHST, or CDS certification; bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of the Safety Program across all operating entities, including adoption, acknowledgments, updates, and expansion as the platform grows.
• Serve as the working owner of core program elements: incident reporting, injury management and return-to-work, hazard identification and control, and first aid/CPR readiness.
• Coordinate with entity safety coordinators and operations teams to support safety programs with standards, tools, and coaching.
• Operate incident reporting process end-to-end: intake, risk assessment, investigation, root-cause analysis, and closure.
• Drive corrective actions and maintain audit-ready incident records.
• Administer injury management and return-to-work program: care coordination, claims intake, transitional/modified-duty planning, and case tracking.
• Conduct field audits and hazard assessments; review JHA and pre-task planning; assign actions and verify closure; stop-work when imminent danger.
• Own high-hazard field elements (confined-space entry, crane/rigging, excavation, fall protection, PPE).
• Support safe warehouse operations and general safety awareness across entities.
• Provide shop safety oversight and coordinate hazard actions with local teams.
