Job summary

United Flow Technologies is seeking an on‑site Safety Manager at our Irving, TX headquarters with substantial field presence. Travel about 50% across the US to audit sites, train supervisors, and onboard acquisitions into the safety program.

The role owns the Safety Program's core elements—incident reporting, injury management, hazard control, and PPE standards—ensuring compliance and continual program improvement across all entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in occupational safety or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of field safety experience in utilities, construction, or infrastructure.
• Proven ownership of incident reporting, investigation and corrective actions.
• Experience with injury management and workers' compensation coordination.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards and DOT/FMCSA driver compliance.
• Willingness to travel ~50% across multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day administration of the Safety Program across entities.
• Coordinate with safety coordinators and operations teams to support local programs.
• Administer incident reporting, investigation, and root‑cause analysis.
• Drive corrective actions to closure with audit‑ready records.
• Manage injury management/return‑to‑work programs and claims coordination.
• Perform field audits, hazard assessments, and stop‑work authority when needed.
• Support fleet safety, driver qualification, and DOT compliance fundamentals.
• Lead acquisition integrations of safety programs for new entities.
• Report leading/lagging indicators to leadership.
