Qualifications

• Completion of undergraduate core program or equivalent with 4+ years in a related field.
• 6+ years in public/private organizations with similar activities can substitute.
• Equivalent of minimum qualifications may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily operations for field safety operations ergonomists, industrial hygienists, and safety consultants.
• Plans and directs programming and service delivery for the assigned region.
• Attends onsite employer consultations with staff across the region.
• Prepares status reports of service delivery outcomes and projects.
• Mentors staff in service delivery and professional development.
• Represents the Office of Safety Services at meetings with employers and safety organizations.
• Plans for resource allocation and monitors budget expenditures.
• Supports all counties within Field Safety Operations region 4 (Northwest Ohio).
