This critical role involves leading safety initiatives for approximately 150 field employees, ensuring OSHA compliance, and championing a safety culture. The position requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial construction safety and leadership skills to effectively mentor crew members.

Compensation ranges between $90,000–$105,000, plus bonuses and benefits including a company truck and tools. No overnight travel is required, making it ideal for local candidates.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of safety experience in commercial construction.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in safety roles.
• OSHA certifications (500-series preferred).
• Experience with hands-on safety training.

Responsibilities
