Qualifications

• Must understand OSHA 1926/1910 regulations and apply them to field operations.
• Experience in audits, root cause analysis, and worker training.
• Ability to communicate clearly with staff and management and document actions.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge and implementation of OSHA regs and project policies.
• Manage root cause investigations, site audits, new hire orientations, regulatory training, and safety programs.
• Develop guidelines and procedures aligned with company efforts.
• Monitor pending legislation and regulatory mandates; propose compliance approaches.
• Coordinate and assist in safety evaluations and interface with Safety Facilitator.
• Review accident investigations and ensure corrective actions.
