Job summary

The role requires 2-5+ years in safety leadership, experience with power distribution and underground civil work, and relevant safety certifications; strong communication is essential. Collaboration with clients and vendors is expected to maintain safety standards across projects.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years in Safety related staff and management positions.
• Power distribution overhead and civil underground experience preferred.
• Experience working on an Exelon property is a plus.
• Certifications such as ASP, CSP, CUSA, OSHA 510, OSHA 500 etc.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety ownership with field management.
• Perform safety visits/inspections per the Safety Action Plan.
• Assist in implementation of safety program and training.
• Lead Daily Job Briefings, Activity Hazard Analysis, and Safety Action Plans.
• Interface with customers and vendors on safety issues.
• Investigate OSHA recordables and high loss potential incidents.
