Job summary

Optiline Enterprises is seeking a Safety Supervisor to lead safety culture across NH, MA, ME, RI & CT. This full-time role focuses on coaching, training, and field observations to prevent incidents and improve safety behaviors.

The position requires regular travel and close collaboration with operations and leadership. The candidate will manage LMS-driven training, conduct premobilization safety reviews, and support project safety requirements across the territory.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills to drive safety culture.
• Experience coaching and developing field employees in safety.
• Knowledge of construction safety practices and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety training and coaching for field staff and supervisors.
• Perform field safety walks, inspections, and observations with coaching.
• Lead incident and near-miss investigations and corrective actions.
• Maintain safety documentation, records, and compliance programs.
• Collaborate with operations to implement safety controls and training.
• Travel regionally to New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.
