Job summary

TEAM Industrial Services, Inc. is seeking a Safety Coordinator to evaluate field and division safety, audit conditions, and advise management on findings while coordinating TEAM's safety programs across job sites.

You will ensure compliance with client safety rules and governmental requirements, lead safety inspections, investigations, and training, and maintain records, PPE supplies, and OSHA logs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree in health safety or environmental discipline.
• Two to four years of safety experience in an industrial setting.
• OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe environment by adhering to safety standards and regulations; alert others to hazards.
• Provide direction to jobsite supervisors on safe work practices.
• Investigate, report, and follow up on work-related injuries and accidents.
• Perform routine safety inspections at job sites and document activities.
• Maintain OSHA logs and injury summaries for compliance.
• Coordinate and conduct safety meetings with Districts and managers.
