Job summary

Force Electrical Services in Oklahoma City is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to lead Field Safety Coordinators across assigned operations, ensuring consistent execution of safety programs, procedures, and expectations.

You will provide coaching, conduct field visits, review incidents, and drive proactive risk reduction while coordinating with operations leadership to meet OSHA and customer safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in safety management, with at least 2–3 years in electrical utility, construction, or line work environments.
• Experience conducting incident investigations, root cause analysis, and OSHA recordkeeping (300/300A logs).
• Experience developing and delivering safety training programs for field crews (electricians, linemen, apprentices).
• Track record managing safety audits, JHAs, and site inspections.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and mentorship of Field Safety Coordinators.
• Oversee field safety programs, PPE compliance, and safe work practices.
• Conduct field visits, safety observations, and coaching sessions with crews.
• Review incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Track corrective actions to ensure timely completion and accountability.
• Support customer audits and regulatory inquiries.
