Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; safety degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years in related industry or 5 years as safety pro in electrical.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Thorough understanding of OSHA, NFPA, and DOT regulations.
• Ability to train others in classroom and field settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly safety meetings and field safety visits.
• Manage glove and equipment testing records for OSHA compliance.
• Assist in apprenticeship program staffing and training.
• Conduct incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with inter-company and state regulations.
• Travel to support storm restoration and on-site safety.
