• Minimum 5 years of experience in a safety management role.
• Experience with health and safety regulatory compliance agencies at local, state and federal levels.
• Ability to analyze information in accident/incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety programs are compliant (Injury Illness Prevention, Hazard Identification, Hazard Control and Correction).
• Conduct New Employee Orientation training and OSHA compliance training.
• Monitor and document OSHA and CMC safety compliance and reporting.
• Visit job sites and assess risks with contractors.
• Prepare job-specific safety plans for customers, foremen and project managers.
