Targa Resources is seeking a Safety Supervisor to lead on-site ES&H efforts for its NGL pipeline and trucking operations. Based in Cresson, TX, you will supervise ES&H Specialists, coordinate with contract safety staff, and travel daily to field sites and construction across Targa's footprint.

The role requires 8+ years in oil and gas safety, strong OSHA knowledge, and a proven field leadership background. Expect DOT/FMCSA focus, SIMOPS, and cross-functional collaboration with operations teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 8+ years of oil and gas safety experience with strong knowledge of OSHA regulations (29 CFR 1910/1926).
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Hands-on DOT/FMCSA motor carrier compliance experience strongly preferred; pipeline knowledge a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop ES&H Specialists and contract safety personnel; set priorities and coverage in field.
• Act as ES&H lead for NGL pipeline ops; enforce permits, LOTO, hot work, confined space, and SIMOPS.
• Oversee DOT/FMCSA compliance for commercial transport; manage driver qualifications, audits, and safety metrics.
• Support incidents investigations and rollout of SIMOPS/hand-off processes; collaborate with operations.
