Job summary

InfraSource is seeking a Field Safety Specialist to lead safety on jobsites within an assigned area. This role reports to the Area Safety Manager and focuses on crew safety leadership and risk reduction across the region.

You will perform audits, coordinate injury management, participate in safety programs, and drive a positive safety culture while collaborating with senior managers and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum natural gas utility safety experience, OSHA 30, and additional accredited safety certifications (e.g. CUSP, CHST).
• Bachelor’s degree in Safety with 1 year of verifiable safety experience.

Responsibilities

• Embod y core values: safety, quality, integrity, ownership, service, and team.
• Perform area and job site level audits based on event trending and safety needs identified with senior managers.
• Coordinate injury management through Workman’s Comp and assist in area injury management resources.
• Provide area-level safety leadership and promote a positive safety culture.
• Participate in company-level safety audits and coordinate corrective actions feedback to Regional Safety Manager.
