Job summary

Cash Construction is seeking a Safety Coordinator for our Pflugerville, TX office. The role involves planning, organizing, and enforcing the company Safety Program across construction sites, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and corporate EH&S regulations.

The candidate will spend the majority of time in the field auditing sites and leading safety initiatives for crews and subcontractors. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a full-time safety role, bilingual in Spanish, and is

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish required.
• Minimum 2 years in a full-time safety position.
• OSHA/NRC safety certifications preferred (CHST/510/500) if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Spend most time in the field auditing job sites for safety compliance.
• Lead safety initiatives and encourage participation among all workers and subcontractors.
• Participate in Safety Committee meetings and present results.
