Job summary

Royal Electric Company is seeking a Field Safety Manager for our Austin, TX projects. You will perform field safety visits, coach crews, develop safety plans and ensure compliance with safety policies across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction safety experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to travel to multiple jobsite locations and coordinate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform field visits at jobsites; assess and monitor safe practices and foster safety culture.
• Coach field supervision and crews on safe practices and compliance.
• Develop job-specific safety plans and supports in hazard analysis development.
• Review project specs and subcontracts to identify safety obligations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and project safety representatives.
• Ensure documentation and execution of safety policies and training; maintain reports and meetings.
• Lead safety training: Confined Space, Fall Protection, Excavation, NFPA 70E, etc.
• Conduct incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
