Job summary

Field Safety Services, LLC is seeking a Safety Coordinator in the Greater Austin, TX area to support workplace safety programs and help maintain a compliant, safety-first culture on a construction site.

The role focuses on coordinating day-to-day safety activities, risk identification, policy implementation, training support, and documentation to reduce incidents and ensure adherence to safety standards. This position requires onsite work and bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in a safety coordination, EHS support, or similar role supporting jobsite safety activities.
• Strong understanding of safety practices and general compliance expectations in a working environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with teams and reinforce safety procedures in a professional manner.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to maintain organized, accurate records.
• Willingness to work onsite and respond to changing jobsite needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Located in the Greater Austin, TX area
• OSHA 30
• First Aid/CPR/AED
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Must be able to pass drug screen/background check and meet site requirements

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support workplace safety practices, including jobsite safety walkthroughs and identifying potential hazards
• Assist with implementation of safety programs, procedures, and corrective actions to address findings and reduce risk
• Support onboarding and ongoing training efforts by helping schedule, prepare, and track safety-related activities
• Maintain accurate safety documentation, including incident reporting support, inspection records, and compliance logs
• Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to promote safe work behaviors and consistent adherence to safety expectations
