Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Onsite Safety Manager to lead safety programs on construction projects and ensure regulatory compliance while partnering with field teams to reduce risk.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Safety or Construction or equivalent, 3–5 years of safety experience (or 5 years in electrical trades), travel 60–75%, and a flexible work schedule. Strong safety leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Safety or Construction.
• 3–5 years of Safety experience or 5 years in electrical trade.
• 4th year apprentice or above

Responsibilities

• Monitors compliance with OSHA, MSHA, DNR and other agencies.
• Collaborates with Safety Department to improve onsite safety.
• Interfaces with customers and contractors to promote safety and compliance.
• Leads toolbox talks and participates in risk management meetings.
• Serves as primary contact for onsite safety-related issues.
• Performs site safety audits and ensures corrective actions.
• Maintains stock and orders safety supplies.
• Trains employees on safety practices such as aerial lift and forklift.
• Conducts accident investigations and recommends corrective actions.
• Conducts drug testing programs (pre-employment, random, for-cause, post-accident).
• Provides guidance on employee health, safety and environmental safety.
• Performs other related duties as required.
