Job summary

GreenArrow is seeking a Safety Coordinator to lead safety across our electrical construction operations in the field. You will work with our VP of Safety to enforce OSHA and electrical safety standards and coach foremen, superintendents, and crews to prioritize safe practices on every project.

You will deliver training, conduct investigations, lead audits, develop safety programs, and maintain compliance records in Avetta, Building Connected, and ISNetworld, ensuring safety remains a core value

Qualifications

• 3+ years of electrical construction experience required.
• 2+ years of field safety experience required.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification and OSHA DOL Card required.
• CHST certification required (GreenArrow will support).
• Clean driving record (MVR); daily driving required.

Responsibilities

• Lead field safety audits and site inspections, coaching crews in real time.
• Review and implement safety policies aligned with OSHA standards and electrical codes.
• Develop hazard assessments, JSAs, LOTO procedures, arc flash safety, and emergency plans.
• Maintain safety programs and compliance platforms (Avetta, Building Connected, ISNetworld).
• Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and incident investigations with root cause analyses.
