All Star Electric is seeking a Field Safety Coordinator to oversee safety on the jobsite, implement preventative measures, and coordinate near-miss/accident responses. You will lead safety protocols and training, ensuring PPE compliance and rapid incident response.

The role requires a strong background in electrical safety, five-plus years in safety and construction, and OSHA 10/30 certifications, with opportunities for career advancement within a Gulf Coast contracting environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, environmental science/health, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant safety experience.
• Experience in a construction environment is required.
• OSHA 10 and 30-hour certification.
• Safety certifications are ideal but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Observe jobsite conditions to ensure safe work conditions.
• Educate colleagues on the importance of safety on site.
• Take corrective action for unsafe conditions.
• Monitor behavior for unsafe acts and correct them.
• Report observations verbally and document incidents.
• Respond to incidents and provide emergency aid as needed.
• Assist in issuing and inspecting PPE.
