PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC is seeking a Safety Coordinator to ensure a safe work environment across drilling, renewables, and civil projects. The role requires travel up to 75%+ and electrical utility experience with substation, renewables, or civil foundations.

Qualifications

• Associated Degree in Occupational Safety and Health preferred.
• Two years of experience in comprehensive workplace safety and compliance programs.
• Knowledge of state and local DOT regulations and utility safety guidelines.
• Ability to conduct training and present to groups clearly.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Lead safety programs and trainings for field personnel.
• Perform safety inspections, investigations, and incident follow-ups.
• Develop site-specific safety processes and procedures.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams on safety requirements.
• Attend pre-task meetings and field safety audits.
• Maintain safety documentation and reports.
