The role requires travel up to 75%+, with prior electrical utility experience in substation, renewables, or civil foundations. A strong safety background and DOT knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum preferred: Associate Degree in Occupational Safety and Health.
• Two years of experience in workplace safety and compliance programs.
• DOT and safety regulation knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety programs and trainings.
• Identify hazards and investigate incidents to improve safety.
• Maintain safety documentation and conduct site safety meetings.
• Coordinate safety activities with customers and project teams.
