Job summary

PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC, a Quanta Services subsidiary, seeks a Safety Coordinator to develop and implement safety programs across drilling, renewables, and civil foundations. This role requires up to 75% travel and extensive field presence to ensure regulatory compliance and incident prevention.

Candidates should have an Associate Degree in Safety, two years of safety program experience, and strong training and communication skills to lead site orientations and audits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Safety and Health preferred, with relevant safety experience.
• Two years of experience in workplace safety and compliance programs.
• Knowledge of state and local utility safety statutes and DOT regulations.
• Ability to train groups and speak in front of others.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety programs and training.
• Identify hazards and investigate incidents.
• Conduct safety orientations and site safety meetings.
• Maintain documentation of safety procedures and incidents.
• Travel up to 75%+ to support drilling and renewables projects.
