Job summary

Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking an experienced HSE/CIPS Field Safety Supervisor to apply servant leadership while leading safety activities in the field and ensuring compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations. You will conduct field safety inspections and audits, investigate incidents, and coordinate safety meetings and trainings to promote a culture of safety across IPS teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, environmental safety or engineering preferred.
• 4+ years in a safety supervisory role.
• OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications; OSHA 510 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of HSE programs in field and division offices.
• Perform field safety inspections and audits for compliance.
• Ensure OSHA/NFPA/ANSI/NESC compliance and safe work practices.
• Investigate incidents and near misses to identify root causes.
• Develop and deliver safety trainings and standard work.
• Collaborate with departments to promote a safe environment.
