Job summary

Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking an enthusiastic HSE/CIPS Coordinator to lead health, safety, and environmental programs at the service center. You will apply servant leadership to build trust, promote lean methods, and drive continuous improvement projects that meet regulatory requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in HSE (preferred), strong communication skills, and the ability to manage dashboards and performance indicators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HSE preferred.
• Strong project management skills and process orientation.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Experience balancing strategy and execution, with the ability to be hands-on while understanding the processes needed to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of HSE programs and CIPS within the service center.
• Utilize and promote lean tools such as 6S, Visual Management, Value Stream Mapping.
• Develop, update, and own continuous improvement processes, metrics, and tools.
• Develop and implement safety, emergency, and security programs, including training.
• Coordinate OSHA and EPA compliance programs.
