Job summary

Integrated Power Services (IPS) National Switchgear division seeks an enthusiastic Health, Safety and Environmental Specialist to champion HSE programs across sites in our North American operations. You will promote safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead safety trainings, incident investigations, and risk assessments.

Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2+ years HSE, OSHA 30 preferred, MSHA/EPA knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience preferred.
• 2+ years of HSE experience preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HSE programs and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist Workers’ Compensation administration and management.
• Support OSHA, MSHA and EPA compliance programs.
• Coordinate safety trainings and monthly training completion tracking.
• Support HR in implementing EHS policies and standards.
• Maintain contractor qualification systems (ISNetworld, Avetta).
• Promote a culture of zero-incidents through active safety campaigns.
• Prepare ad hoc reports for regional and upper management.
