Job summary

Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking an experienced HSE/CIPS Field Safety Supervisor to apply servant leadership in the field, guiding safety programs and Continuous Improvement processes. You will lead safety activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive improvements across multiple field sites.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in safety-related fields, 4+ years in safety supervision, and certifications such as OSHA 10/30 with NFPA 70E.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health, Environmental Safety or engineering is highly preferred.
• 4+ years in a safety supervisory role.
• OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications are required.
• NFPA 70E certification or to be gained within the first year of employment.
• Knowledge of industrial and commercial electrical systems.
• Strong project management skills and process orientation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of HSE programs and CIPS within the field and division offices.
• Perform field safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, ANSI, NESC and other regulations.
• Investigate incidents and near misses and propose preventative measures.
• Coordinate safety meetings, drills, and safety awareness activities.
• Contribute to standard work development and safety program improvements.
• Collaborate with departments to maintain a safe working environment.
• Lead trainings on safety, emergency, and security programs.
