Job summary

Integrated Power Services (IPS) seeks an enthusiastic HSE/CIPS Coordinator to apply Servant Leadership, drive CIPS and safety activities, and ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations at the Paramount, California service center.

You will lead lean initiatives, develop continuous improvement processes, and own safety programs while promoting standard work, data-driven dashboards, and risk-aware decision-making across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HSE preferred.
• Strong project management skills and process orientation.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite tools.
• Innovative, creative, and team-oriented mindset.
• Strong listening skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Experience balancing strategy and execution, with hands-on delivery.
• Ability to perform audits and write and submit reports.
• Experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of HSE programs and CIPS within the service center.
• Utilize lean tools such as 6S, Visual Management, Value Stream Mapping.
• Develop and own continuous improvement processes and metrics.
• Contribute to standard work and facility scorecard targets.
• Manage OSHA and EPA compliance programs and reporting.
• Educate personnel on environmental initiatives and campaigns.
• Coordinate training on safety, emergency, and security programs.
• Inspect for hazards and noncompliance and implement corrective actions.
