• Passion for safety and a proactive approach to implementing safety programs and protocols within a construction environment.
• Self-starter who can take initiative and learn on the job.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work with a field team to enhance safety.
• Ability to train, coach and mentor less experienced safety personnel.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Safety Manager in enforcing safety procedures and OSHA standards on project sites.
• Help implement and distribute safety materials and tailgate meetings.
• Maintain records of safety training, MSDS manuals, and tailgate forms.
• Support reporting of workers' compensation claims and vehicle claims.
