Encore Electric, Inc. is seeking a Safety Specialist 2 to conduct field health and safety audits and inspections across our Colorado region, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and company policies.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and a proactive approach to safety, with travel to multiple jobsites. Applicants should have 5–10 years of construction safety experience and CHST; CSP is preferred, with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Health and Safety preferred.
• CHST required; CSP preferred or willing to obtain.
• 5-10 years of safety experience in construction.
• Experience supporting safety initiatives on large projects is required.

Aufgaben

• Maintain company policies per local, state and federal regs.
• Assist in implementing safety policies and procedures.
• Analyze safety data to drive continual improvement.
• Participate in teams to develop safety policies and procedures.
• Record and implement the Company’s Safety Committee.
• Represent the organization in the community and safety groups.
• Review jobsites for compliance and make recommendations.
• Serve as primary contact for field employees on safety matters.
• Conduct safety training as needed, including orientation.
• Stay current on changes to laws impacting health and safety.
• Travel frequently to multiple jobsites within Colorado and other states.
