Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and implements the field safety program for routine construction projects.
• Conducts regular walk-through inspections to ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Conducts safety audits and documents abatement of hazardous conditions.
• Oversees drug and alcohol policy compliance.
• Attends project meetings to discuss safety matters and lead safety committee activities.
• Investigates accidents and recommends process changes to prevent recurrence.
• Coordinates with injured employees and clinics for timely treatment and return to work.
