Job summary

UniFirst Corp. is seeking a Route Service Representative to be the face of UniFirst, managing a daily route, delivering and picking garments, and growing customer relationships across assigned accounts.

You will work Monday–Friday with daytime hours, earn commissions from day one, and benefit from a comprehensive package including 401(k) match, health and life insurance, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• DOT compliance requirements including a physical exam.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service required.
• Strong customer service skills with ability to work independently.
• Prior experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new technologies.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on feet.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned route as primary contact, delivering and picking garments daily.
• Assist service team by loading/unloading route trucks with accuracy.
• Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and returns with high customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships by addressing service needs and upselling.
• Represent UniFirst on the road with safety as a priority.
• Maintain a predictable Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no nights or weekends.
