Family Entertainment Group is seeking a Route Technician to maintain guest-ready arcade locations across multiple partner sites. You will ensure games, readers, kiosks, and related equipment are operational, clean, and stocked on a weekly route.

This role requires hands-on repair skills, strong service mindset, and reliable independence. You will drive a company vehicle between locations, conduct safety checks, document repairs, and coordinate with partner GMs to keep venues guest-ready and

• Strong hands-on repair ability.

• Ability to work independently across multiple locations.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned partner locations on a weekly route schedule.
• Inspect, test, clean, stock, and maintain games and related equipment.
• Perform routine safety checks, preventive maintenance, repairs, and location readiness reviews.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hardware, software, and payment systems issues.
• Restock merchandise and supplies; support moves, installs, and refurbishment projects.
• Build positive working relationships with partner General Managers and location teams.
• Maintain logs, route checklists, inventory updates, and repair notes accurately.
