Family Entertainment Group LLC is seeking a reliable Independent Contract Route Technician to service 1–2 partner locations. The role requires visiting locations 2–3 times per week, inspecting and maintaining arcade equipment, and providing your own transportation and scheduling flexibility.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing arcade equipment or similar gaming devices.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical ability.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned partner locations 2–3 times per week.
• Inspect, clean, test, and perform preventive maintenance on games, cranes, kiosks, readers, and prize systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
• Restock prizes and operating supplies.
• Perform crane merchandising and maintain prize displays.
• Keep game areas clean and guest-ready.
• Complete service reports and inventory updates after visits.
• Communicate with partner management about work and needs.
• Report major repairs or replacements as needed.
