Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Experience with rotating machinery vibration or diagnostics.
• ISO certification in vibration analysis.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% and to work offshore occasionally.
• TWIC eligibility and valid driver’s license/passport where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to conduct field service activities for machinery diagnostics and rotating equipment.
• Provide advanced technical support and root cause analysis for steam turbines, gas turbines, compressors, generators, pumps, and other rotating equipment.
• Provide technical expertise in vibration analysis, condition monitoring, and reliability solutions.
• Mentor and support the development of field service engineers.
• Support outages, turnarounds, startups, and maintenance events.
• Collaborate with commercial and engineering teams to identify business opportunities.
• Promote and ensure compliance with HSE standards and safe work practices.
• Prepare timely reports that document findings and recommendations.
• Build trusted customer relationships by providing high level of service and guidance.
