Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a talented roofing sales/technical professional to drive growth across commercial accounts in the U.S. You will deliver hands-on training, supervise roof-coatings projects, and provide field-based support to contractors and internal teams.

The role requires multiple years in commercial roofing, a valid driver's license, and strong building science knowledge. A company vehicle and performance-based compensation are included.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial roofing sales or technical experience in the commercial market.
• 2+ years of commercial roofing repair, troubleshooting, or field service experience.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle record.
• Strong roofing or building science mechanical aptitude.
• Experience leading field sales and service activities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe execution and delivery of roofing services and operations.
• Provide technical training sessions in office and field applications.
• supervise roof coatings installation and hands-on training.
• Prepare roof inspections and condition reports with photos and budgets.
• Communicate professionally with customers, sales reps, and staff.
• Complete weekly/monthly activity reports and proposals.
• Travel within territory and submit expense reports on time.
• Provide ongoing sales support and contractor development.
