Job summary

Tremco CPG Inc. is seeking a Field Technical Specialist to cover Pennsylvania. You will generate contractor discretionary business while delivering localized technical support, training, and hands-on supervision of roof coatings installations.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial roofing sales or tech roles, strong knowledge of roofing systems, and a valid driver's license. Company vehicle provided along with a base salary and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher degrees preferred.
• 5+ years in commercial roofing sales or technical roles.
• 2+ years field service or repair experience in roofing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe execution and delivery of roofing services.
• Provide technical training sessions for contractors in office and field.
• Supervise roof coating installations and applications.
• Prepare inspection reports with condition analysis and budgets.
• Travel within territory; maintain expense reports and sales records.
• Support contractors with product recommendations and diagnostics.
