Job summary

Tremco CPG Inc. is seeking a Field Technical Specialist to cover North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. You will generate contractor discretionary business while delivering localized technical support, training, and supervision of roof coatings installations.

The role requires 5+ years in roofing sales or technical roles and 2+ years in repair or field service, with a valid driver’s license and CDL preferred. Travel up to 25% and strong building science knowledge are expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years roofing sales or technical experience in the commercial market.
• 2+ years roofing repair, troubleshooting, or field service experience.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR; Class B CDL preferred.
• Strong roofing or building science mechanical aptitude.
• Experience in field sales and service leadership.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and internal business systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe delivery of roofing services and operations.
• Provide technical training in contractor offices and field applications.
• Oversee hands-on application training and supervision of roof coatings.
• Prepare roof inspection reports with analysis, photos, and budgets.
• Travel within the territory; complete expense reports.
• Support contractors with product recommendations and installations.
