Job summary

Tremco CPG Inc. is seeking a Field Technical Specialist to cover North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. The role blends sales with hands-on technical support, working alongside contractors to deliver roof coatings projects and ensure top-quality installations.

Requirements include 5+ years in roofing sales or tech roles, 2+ years in repair or field service, and a valid driver's license with a CDL preferred. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of roofing sales or technical experience in the commercial market.
• 2+ years of roofing repair, troubleshooting, or field service experience.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable MVR; Class B CDL preferred.
• Strong autonomy, self-motivation and ability to multi-task.
• Experience in field sales and service leadership is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe execution and delivery of roofing services and operations.
• Provide technical training sessions in contractors' offices and field applications.
• Conduct roof inspections with written reports and budget estimates.
• Travel within the territory and complete expense reports on time.
• Support contractors with product recommendations and proper installations.
