Tremco is seeking a Field Technical Specialist to cover Pennsylvania. The role combines sales and technical support to drive contractor discretionary business while ensuring top installation quality.

You will train contractors, supervise roof coating applications, and deliver field reports to support Tremco’s products and services. Qualified candidates typically bring 5+ years in commercial roofing sales or technical roles, with strong knowledge of systems and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial roofing sales or technical experience in the commercial market.
• 2+ years of commercial roofing repair, troubleshooting, or field service experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems including built-up, modified, single ply, and metal systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe execution and delivery of roofing services and operations.
• Provide technical training sessions in contractor offices and field applications.
• Provide hands-on training and supervision of roof coatings and installation.
• Perform roof inspection reports with condition analysis, photos, and budgets.
• Travel within the assigned territory and complete expense reports on time.
• Develop new contractors and maintain good relationships with existing ones.
