The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial roofing sales or technical roles, a strong building science background, and a valid driver's license. Travel up to 20% and a company vehicle are included.

Qualifications

5+ years of commercial roofing sales or technical experience.
2+ years of commercial roofing repair, troubleshooting, or field service experience.
Working knowledge of commercial roofing systems (built-up, modified, single ply, metal).
Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
Strong roofing or building science mechanical aptitude.
Prior field sales and service leadership experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internal business systems.

Responsibilities

Ensure safe execution and delivery of all roofing services and operations.
Provide technical training sessions in the contractor's office and field applications.
Provide hands-on application training and supervision of roof coatings and installation.
Perform roof inspections and write reports with condition analysis, photos, and cost estimates.
Travel within the assigned territory and complete expense reports.
Provide ongoing sales support, training and development to contractors as directed by local reps.
Develop new contractors and maintain relationships with existing ones.
