L3 Roofing Solutions INC is seeking a Full Cycle Sales Representative for a field-based, commission-based role in roofing sales. You’ll manage the customer journey from first contact through close, meeting homeowners and businesses, presenting roofing options, and guiding decisions in the field.

The ideal candidate closes deals, travels to sites, and builds lasting customer relationships while operating in a dynamic, performance‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience with a demonstrated ability to close business
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable meeting and speaking with customers in person
• Ability to listen, understand customer needs, and build trust
• Self-motivated and able to manage your schedule and sales activities independently
• Comfortable handling objections and working through the sales process
• Organized and able to maintain accurate customer records
• Willingness to travel to customer locations
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Mobile device with active cellular data
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners and business owners at their properties to discuss roofing needs
• Identify potential customers and develop new sales opportunities
• Manage the full sales process from initial contact through closing
• Build strong customer relationships through professional, face-to-face communication
• Ask questions and understand each customer’s needs before recommending solutions
• Present L3 Roofing Solutions’ services clearly and answer customer questions
• Address customer concerns and provide helpful information throughout the decision-making process
• Follow up with prospects and customers to keep opportunities moving forward
• Manage activity within your assigned territory and organize daily appointments
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activity using company tools
