Morley Roofing is seeking a Sales Representative to be the first contact for homeowners and property managers, guiding them through roofing and exterior needs with a professional, low-pressure approach. This field-based, 1099 independent contractor role focuses on generating new business through door-to-door outreach, networking, and company-provided leads.

You will schedule inspections, present estimates, and guide customers through the process from initial contact to signed agreement.

Qualifikationen

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Typical work hours: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (flexible as needed)
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking roofs (training provided)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple opportunities at once.
• Willingness to learn roofing systems, sales process, and company tools.
• Professional appearance.
• Recommended, but not required - prior sales experience in roofing or home services, and door-kn knocking.
• Recommended, but not required - bilingual in English and Spanish.
