• Identify new opportunities and close repair, service, and replacement work.
• Use a CRM to forecast, track, and manage the pipeline.
• Prospect with purpose and consistency.
• Navigate gatekeepers and close with decision-makers.
• Field-based sales role requiring travel.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a sales pipeline in your territory.
• Execute 20+ cold outreach activities per day.
• Conduct 5+ discovery meetings per week.
• Deliver 3+ high-quality presentations per week to decision-makers.
• Own the full sales cycle—from first contact to signed proposal.
• Host regular client lunches and strengthen key relationships.
• Hit progressive sales targets—with no cap on earnings.
