Qualifications

• Identify new opportunities and close repair, service, and replacement work.
• Build strong relationships with building owners and managers.
• Out in the field—solutions, to win trust and repeat business.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a sales pipeline in your territory.
• Execute 20+ cold outreach activities per day (calls, emails, site visits).
• Conduct 5+ discovery meetings per week.
• Deliver 3+ high-quality presentations per week to decision-makers.
• Own the full sales cycle—from first contact to signed proposal.
• Host regular client lunches and strengthen key relationships.
• Hit clear, progressive sales targets with uncapped earnings.
