Job summary

Qualifications

Proven experience managing commercial/industrial roofing construction projects.
Ability to lead field crews and subcontractors to meet schedule and budget.
Strong knowledge of roofing systems, construction practices, and quality control.

Schedule, coordinate, and manage subcontractors to support project execution.
Oversee all phases of assigned projects, ensuring safety, timeliness, and budget adherence.
Interpret and implement project administration requirements, contract specs, and company standards.
Develop and maintain project schedules with milestones and deadlines.
Monitor progress and resolve scheduling, quality, or operational issues.
Ensure compliance with contract documents and building codes.
Serve as field liaison between subcontractors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
