Job summary

Guardian Protection Products is seeking a WTI Field Resource Foreman to oversee safety, efficiency, and quality across field service projects. The role leads the crew, conducts safety briefings, manages schedules, and ensures timely delivery while addressing risks and customer needs.

Candidates should have at least five years in roofing, be familiar with various roofing systems, and be willing to travel. OSHA certs and a valid license are preferred; weekend/holiday work may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in the roofing industry.
• Familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other low-slope roofing systems, and metal roofing.
• Ability to travel and read, write English.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crew and ensure safety, efficiency, and quality of work.
• Conduct daily on-site safety briefings with Sales Rep and customer.
• Inspect site, surroundings, equipment, and discuss safety concerns; complete Daily Hazard Analysis.
• Ensure project communication with Supervisor, Sales Reps, and customer; document scope and schedule.
• Manage inventory, track materials, and prepare pricing for self-performing projects over $12,500.
• Review time reports daily and coordinate with admin/supervisor to correct issues.
• Attend meetings/trainings and assist HR as needed; create project schedules with Supervisor.
