Job summary

Guardian Protection Products seeks a WTI Field Resource Foreman to oversee safety, efficiency, and quality of field service projects. As the on-site lead, you will manage the crew, coordinate daily tasks, and ensure work meets specifications with a strong emphasis on safety.

You will run daily safety briefs, track progress, and communicate with sales reps, customers, and supervisors, documenting work in our reporting system. Travel, a valid license, and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel out of town, including overnight stays.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work weekends and/or holidays when needed.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily onsite safety briefings with the Sales Rep, customer, and crew.
• Ensure project communications with all stakeholders precede work.
• Manage crew start/end times, productivity, and material availability.
• Complete end-of-day and end-of-project walk-throughs with the reporting tool.
• Review time reports and coordinate with the admin team.
• Attend meetings, trainings, and perform other duties as assigned.
• Provide pricing for self-performing projects over $12,500.
• Submit proposals over $20,000 for supervisor review and logging.
